1. Yam Khang (5 Days)
Yam Khang is one kind of Lanna massage style. The masseur will warm his feet on hot charcoal before pressing them on a client’s body.
2. Tok Sen (3 Days)
Tok Sen is a unique healing which founded only in Northern Thailand (Lanna). It is using a special wooden hammer and wedge to clear blocked energy. It can ease muscle tension within the body.
3. Luk Pra Kob ( 2 Days)
Luk Pra kob or Thai Herbal Compress is used to relieve sore muscles, aches, and pains. Within this class, you will learn how to make, use, and keep it. Also, we will teach you the correct posture of using the herbal compress applied to the body.
